Starter Swim Bootcamp
Perfect for developing swimmers, and triathletes who
- have mastered a minimum of 100m continuous freestyle, or swim at a slower pace than 2:15/100m
- in need of continued stroke development, and refinement
- want to distance build to 1km
Each session is packed with technique tips to refine your stroke, improve efficiency and lower your effort level when swimming.
Learn a broad range of water skills that increase confidence in the water eg treading water, duck diving, entering deep water, breath work.
- 6 week program, one session per week, heaps of learning resources to compliment your program!

Advanced Bootcamp
One stop shop for a stroke tune up and swim fitness boost!
- refresh your freestyle stroke technique
- up-skill with tips and swim hacks to develop a more efficient stroke
- get a fast fitness boost with high intensity swim interval sets
- skill circuits eg treading water, duck diving, submerged swimming, breath work
