Advanced Bootcamp
Who it’s for
Advanced Swim Bootcamp is for experienced adult swimmers who already have a solid freestyle base and want to improve efficiency, control, and conditioning through higher-intensity, coached swim sets.
This bootcamp is ideal if you:

Can swim up to 1km continuous freestyle

Typically swim around 2:30–2:15 per 100m

Want to improve stroke efficiency while swimming at stronger intensities

Are training for ocean swims, triathlon, or longer-distance pool swimming

Can absorb technical feedback and apply it quickly during whole-stroke swimming

Advanced Bootcamp builds on existing fitness and skill by:

Program structure: Advanced Bootcamp is delivered over four 90-minute sessions, allowing for deeper technical focus, longer sets, and more intensive conditioning within each session.
