Private 1-1 Coaching Terms and Cancellation Policy
1. Private Coaching fees include both coach and lane fees only
2. Session fees do not include pool entry. Swimmers must pay own entry fee at all facilities (except at Waverly College)
3. If Swimlab needs to cancel, your session will be rescheduled with no charge. Swimlab may cancel due to coach, weather, or pool issues
4. Swimmers can reschedule Private Coaching sessions up to 48 hours in advance of the session start time. Use the Acuity Scheduling system which you will have received in your confirmation email
5. If a reschedule is required under 48 hours, swimmers must contact admin directly

Swimlab will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
The following fees may apply –
Rescheduling -$20
Lane fees -$25
50% of session fee
6. If swimmers need to cancel a booked session in less than 24 hours or on the day, without medical note, no refund or reschedule credit will be given
7. No show. No refund or reschedule credit
SwimFit Squads Conditions and Cancellation Policy
1. SwimFit Squads can be booked right up to the session start time
2. If Swimlab needs to cancel, your session will be rescheduled. Swimlab may cancel due to coach, weather, or pool issues
3. Swimlab provides a generous 3-hour window in which swimmers can cancel/reschedule SwimFit squads
4. If swimmers cancel in less than the 3-hour window, no refund or reschedule credit will be given
5. Swimmers must pay own entry to the pool facility (except at Waverly College)
Group Program Conditions and Cancellation Policy
- Beginner Series programs
- Total Immersion/ Stroke Correction / programs
- Master Class Clinics
- Bootcamps
- Open Water Bootcamps and programs
1. If Swimlab needs to cancel, your session will be rescheduled with no charge. Swimlab may cancel due to coach, weather, or pool issues
2. To transfer your whole program to a future scheduled program, Swimlab must receive your request 5 days or more prior to the program start date. A transfer request in this circumstance will incur $50 transfer fee
3. If Swimmers request a change to their program under 5 days of the scheduled start date a transfer $100 fee will be charged OR a 50% refund will be made
4. Once a program commences, transfers will only be considered with medical note and if places are available. Rebooking/ transfer fee $100 will be charged
5. Requests for cancellation
- 7 days more prior to the start of the program - full refund
- Less than 7 days 50% refund
6. All courses need a minimum number of students to run. If your course does not have enough enrolled swimmers, it will be rescheduled, and you will be informed 3 days in advance
7. Information about class cancellations or changes are made initially via email and SMS. For this reason, please ensure your contact details are always up to date
