Progressive Freestyle II

Progressive Freestyle II will consolidate and improve your basic freestyle stroke. Learn skills and drills that develop stroke technique, and breathing confidence; develop your ability to swim longer distances with ease up to your first 100m.

Program Format

  • 1:4 coach to swimmer ratio
  • 6 weeks x 50-minute lessons
  • Coach is "in" the water and hands-on for 3 sessions
  • Coach is "poolside" for 3 sessions

You Wil Learn

  • How to develop your stroke with smart sequences
  • Multiple tools that focus on better breathing integration into your stroke
  • How to manage ‘longer’ distance’s as you improve
