Each session is packed with technique tips to refine your stroke, improve efficiency and lower your effort level when swimming.
Learn a broad range of water skills that increase confidence in the water eg treading water, duck diving, entering deep water, breath work.
- 6 week program, one session per week, heaps of learning resources to compliment your program!
